Very curious to hear about any benefits from the oura ring. I've been using autosleep with an apple watch as well, seems good enough for what is also a great smart watch.

Lot's of good stuff, thanks! I've been playing with Roam for a few weeks, but for the multiple reasons I've moved to ObsidianMD. It lacks some of the features of Roam, but it's local which enables downstream processing of notes that would require tedious downloading from Roam each and every day.
It took me five seconds to scan your newsletter and learn a lot of new things. I appreciate the different entry points and reading time options you offer the reader. That’s exactly how information should be delivered online. Great job Mehdi and thank you for sharing!
